World Sleep Day!

Happy World Sleep Day! Didn't know it was a holiday? That's ok, it's definitely a great one to start celebrating. World sleep day was created in order to remind people that getting sleep is important for your health. On March 17th, this holiday will be celebrated throughout the nation. 

What can you do to celebrate this? Well, sleep! But other than that, there are other important things to recognize on this day. Recently, people have been using this day to talk about certain sleep disorders such as insomnia. People with insomnia have difficulty falling asleep and they often wake up multiple times throughout the night. In addition, they feel extremely tired throughout the day.
